Scott Wierda became a principal and managing partner of CWD Real Estate Investments a few months ago. He also remains a co-owner of Jade Pig.
GRAND RAPIDS — As a young student at Hope College, Scott Wierda thought he was going to pursue a career in medicine. Then he showed up for his organic chemistry class and decided that he might be better suited for a livelihood in business. After all, his parents made that choice and they had done pretty well for themselves.
