Nicholas H. Vander Veen

Nicholas H. Vander Veen is a business law attorney in the Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge. He specializes in representing dentists and dental groups throughout Michigan and Illinois in associate agreements, partnership formations and practice purchases. Vander Veen has years of experience and personal insight into the ins and outs of starting, running and selling dental practices. Previously, Vander Veen operated a solo private practice in Chicago for more than three years. He holds a B.A. in political science and German from the University of Michigan and graduated a semester early with a J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law.
