    In 2020 many leaders and employees have experienced higher levels of stress and strain than usual. This webinar is for organizational leaders looking to protect their workforce from unhealthy levels and forms of stress, and its effects on performance, retention, and turnover, in 2021 and beyond.

    This webinar addresses root causes of different forms of work stress that can affect performance, commitment, and unwanted turnover in organizations. Dealing with changes to work due to the covid era (even for those in the same role, or position as before) will be addressed in this context.

    I specialize in work stress, and its effects on performance, retention, and turnover. My interest in work stress developed during a decade of consulting and business development positions in the U.S. and U.K.; during which I interviewed hundreds of CEOs across the globe about how they built their organization, or guided it through a major transitional period. I also headhunted senior professionals in accounting, IT, and engineering; often by addressing their work stress concerns.

    I have three primary goals: To help organizational leaders recognize different forms of work stress and their likely entry points; to shed light on how they can be corrosive to their mission and financial health; and to offer solutions grounded in research that will benefit the organization and its employees alike.
