A former medical office building in West Michigan hits the online auction block tomorrow.

The 25,511-square-foot former home of several medical practices, 1380 E. Main St. in Edmore, and the 2.04 acres of land it sits on, will be sold to the highest bidder beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at 2 p.m. The opening bid for the property is $25,000 — increasing bids can be made in $1,000 increments.

The building is separated into five office suites with reception areas, bathrooms, offices, patient rooms and 3,000 square feet of storage space. It was built in 1992 and renovated in 2000, featuring multiple entryways, an in-ground therapy pool and security and surveillance equipment.

Personal property and equipment currently housed in the building will not be included in the sale.

The property is being sold in conjunction with Drew Nelson of Bradley Company. Interested bidders can join the auction at lastbidrealestate.com.
