A pair of West Michigan attorneys are being honored by a statewide legal publication.

Rachael Roseman, an associate at Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge's Grand Rapids office, and Kevin McLaughlin, the founder of Crafted Law in Grand Rapids, were both named to the 2019 Up & Coming Lawyers class by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.

The two attorneys will be honored on Dec. 5 at an awards luncheon at the Detroit Marriott in Troy.

They are among 30 attorneys selected for the honor based on their cases, firm participation and community/bar association efforts.

Roseman represents a variety of litigation matters focusing on probate and commercial disputes, such as guardianships, conservatorships and trusts.

She is currently a member of the executive leadership team for the March of Dimes Signature Chef’s Auction and a contributor to the publication Michigan Probate Litigation: A Guide to Contested Matters.

McLaughlin and his firm Crafted Law focus on matters regarding trademarks, intellectual property and business law.
