A new beauty salon has opened downtown.
Manic Muse has opened in Grand Rapids, at 5 Lyon St. NW, according to Colliers West Michigan today.
Manic Muse is located in a 3,171-square-foot space in the base of a 65-unit apartment building.
The salon currently has five stylists, including owner Kimberly Todoroff.
Along with haircuts, Manic Muse also offers a variety of hair, nail, skincare and massage services.
Todoroff said she fell in love with the space once she was shown it by Colliers West Michigan Broker Tom Peterson.
“What attracted me to this space was its open and spacious layout and room for future growth,” she said.
Peterson brokered the deal with help from fellow Colliers brokers Chris Prins and Mark Ansara.
“Manic Muse is a great fit for the building and the surrounding area,” Peterson said.
