USA Today’s readers are considering a West Michigan brewery for a national honor.
A panel of beer experts nominated Comstock Township-based Bell’s Brewery as a finalist for the “Best Brewery Tour” as part of the 10Best Reader’s Choice travel contests by USA Today.
Now the public will vote to help choose the winner.
“We pride ourselves on storytelling and are committed to providing a welcoming experience for everyone, no matter your age or experience with craft beer,” said Shelly Claflin, tour manager, Bell’s Brewery. “Our tours are always free, fun and open to all ages.”
Free tours are held Wednesday through Sunday at Bell’s main brewery in Comstock Township, at 8938 Krum Ave., and on weekends at its original downtown Kalamazoo brewery, at 355 E. Kalamazoo Ave. Specialty tours are also offered throughout the year.
Each tour includes free samples.
Bell’s is competing against a number of breweries across the country in the "Best Brewery Tour" poll.
Fans can vote once per day for the duration of the contest. Voting ends on March 25, and the winner will be announced by 10Best on April 5.
