A brewery in the area is celebrating seven years on a cosmic scale.

Perrin Brewing Co. is celebrating its seventh anniversary with a Backyard Bash on Sept. 14 from 4-11 p.m. at its taproom in Comstock Park, at 5910 Comstock Park Dr. NW.

The backyard bash has an outer space theme this year, and attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their best space gear.

The event will feature outdoor games, live music, vendors, a cigar rolling lounge and the annual corn hole tournament.

The musical lineup includes Kosmic Mama & the Holding Co., Paradise Outlaw, Hollywood Makeout, Jake Kershaw and the Hacky Turtles.

Chairs and blankets are welcome. No coolers or outside beverage are allowed.

Attendees must be 21 or older and have a valid ID. Tickets are available at the gate or at eventbrite.com.
