A pair of franchisees are opening a new location of a national fast-food chain focused on burgers and custard.

Franchisee-partners Drew Langstraat and Mike Brann will host a grand opening for their new Culver’s restaurant in Allendale, 5150 Lake Michigan Drive, just west of Grand Valley State University’s campus, on Sept. 30, according to Colliers International West Michigan.

Colliers represented Culver’s as real estate broker in the transaction.

“We are excited to be part of the growing Allendale community and offer a new dining option for students, faculty and local residents,” Langstraat said.

“Our new Allendale location will offer Culver’s favorites, including ButterBurgers, Wisconsin cheese and fresh frozen custard, and create job opportunities for students.”

The 4,000-square-foot restaurant will seat about 75 guests and create about 60 jobs.

Culver’s is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
