An Ada-based construction company ended the year with an expanded leadership team.

Erhardt Construction President and CEO Ben Wickstrom earlier this month said he promoted Marc Felt to vice president of construction operations, Ryan Formsma to senior vice president and Taggart Town to COO.

Felt formerly was a senior project manager. He will continue to oversee the project management department and assume the responsibilities of construction operation. He joined Erhardt as an assistant project manager in 2006 and held multiple positions prior to his current role.

“Marc has long exhibited the leadership, performance, service to others and ethics to thrive in an officer-level position and help our company continue to grow,” Wickstrom said. “He lives out our core values, positively impacting others through his work.”

Formsma previously was the vice president of business development. He joined Erhardt in 2015 as a project manager.

“Ryan has been a catalyst for growth through our business development, sales and marketing efforts,” Wickstrom said. “I wanted to make this change in title to accurately reflect everything Ryan does (at Erhardt).”

Town previously was the company’s vice president. He began at Erhardt as the vice president of field operations in 2003.

“We are a growing company, and I expect that to accelerate over the next few years.” Wickstrom said. “In addition to our field operations, Taggart oversees human resources, safety, insurance and our custom cabinetry shop. The COO title encompasses all those moving parts that make our operation run smoothly.”

Erhardt Construction is a general contractor, construction management and design/build firm headquartered in Ada. The company provides construction and facility services to commercial, residential, education, worship, municipal and health care clients.
