An office furniture dealer has created a new executive position focused on the post-sale process.
Custer Workplace Interiors in Grand Rapids said this week that it has named Lisa Hull its vice president of customer experience.
In the new role, Custer said Hull will be perform various post-sale duties: design spaces and specify products, project management, complete punch lists and enter, track and invoice orders.
Hull has been with Custer Workplace Interiors for more than 20 years, having worked as an interior designer and team leader of sales support and project management.
Hull studied interior design at Western Michigan University.
“She has exhibited the skills to make us even better in this important part of our process . . . making sure the customer has a good experience after the initial sale,” said Dave Custer, president, Custer Workplace Interiors.
