A dermatology practice has relocated one of its offices in the region and built out its new 6,000-square-foot space.

West Michigan Dermatology moved across Riley Street this month in Holland Township, from a space at 3124 N. Wellness Dr. to 3290 N. Wellness Dr., according to Grand Rapids-based First Companies, the project’s contractor, yesterday.

The office is the practice’s second location, the other being a temporary space in Wyoming.

A full renovation of the new space in Holland Township was completed earlier this month after four months of work.

The space includes modern exam rooms, a large break room, office space for support staff, a lab, a sterilization room and a secondary waiting room for patients undergoing Mohs surgery.

The office features a natural stone accent wall, decorative lighting, ample seating and a modern paneled wood desk in the entrance of the main reception area.

The “fresh color palette” creates the “attractive and calming environment” the West Michigan Dermatology team was looking for, First Companies said.

The practice is also moving its temporary office in Wyoming to a space near RiverTown Crossings in Grandville next spring.

First Companies will also complete the build out of the new Grandville office.
