Santa is visiting downtown on Saturday morning.
The Art Van Santa Parade, which is presented by the Grand Rapids Jaycees, starts at 9 a.m.
This year’s theme is “Sounds of the Season.”
The parade will start at the corner of Michigan St. NW and Monroe Ave. NW, and it will end at the intersection of Monroe Ave. NW and Fulton Street.
There will be local marching bands, carolers, performers, costumes, music and floats.
Families can take photos with Santa after the parade for free in front of PNC bank.
The event is free.
