EY names regional Entrepreneur of the Year finalists

A number of entrepreneurs in West Michigan have been named finalists for the regional 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year award.

There were 41 finalists named last month in the Michigan and Northwest Ohio region, and 11 hail from West Michigan.

EY Entrepreneur of the Year program

Regional winners will be announced at an awards gala on June 23 at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

Regional award winners will be eligible for consideration for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year national award, with national winners announced during a gala in Palm Springs, California on Nov. 19.

In its 30th year, the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award program recognizes business leaders in more than 145 cities and 60 countries across the world.

Finalists were chosen by a panel of judges, who seek to recognize entrepreneurs who demonstrate success in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
