ANN ARBOR — Domino’s Pizza Inc. (DPZ) on Thursday reported first-quarter net income of $91 million.
The Ann Arbor-based company said it had profit of $2.50 per share.
The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 10 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $3.07 per share.
The pizza chain posted revenue of $1.01 billion in the period, also missing Wall Street forecasts. Eight analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.02 billion.
