A food truck rally is being held downtown this weekend.

The second-annual Roll’n Out Food Truck Festival will be on Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. along Ionia Avenue from Wealthy to Williams streets and in Heartside Park.

Up to 30 food trucks and trailers will participate in the event.

Event organizers expect the festival to be Grand Rapids’ “largest food truck rally to date.”

The festivities will also include picnic space at Heartside Park, a Food Truck Walk to win food truck gift certificates each hour from noon to 6 p.m. and live entertainment from the Heartside Park stage.

Trilogy will perform from 12:30-1:30 p.m. and from 2-3 p.m.

Delilah DeWylde will perform from 4-6 p.m.

The Grand Rapids Food Truck Association will host the event, along with the City of Grand Rapids and Downtown Grand Rapids Inc., or DGRI.

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market will also host a beer garden in its parking lot, featuring “best of the market” drafts and outdoor seating from noon to 6 p.m.
