The Grand Rapids Art Museum is changing the makeup of its board ahead of 2015.
GRAM said today that it has appointed three people to its board of trustees: Khary Bridgewater, Sydney DeVos and Christopher Rosmarin. Each trustee will each serve a three-year term, expiring on Sept. 30, 2017.
GRAM also said its board named several board officers at its meeting last week: Jane Boyles Meilner, president; Tamara Bailey, vice president; Tony Lawrence, secretary/treasurer; and Joy Uddin, president, Volunteer Council.
The GRAM Foundation Board of Trustees recently named a pair of officers for its board: Douglas Williams, president; Lawrence; secretary/treasurer.

Jane Boyles Meilner
President, GRAM Board of Trustees
Jane Boyles Meilner is the founder and owner of J. Meilner & Associates, a direct sales and wardrobe consulting company. She has been active in leadership roles in a variety of community organizations, including East Grand Rapids Schools, East Grand Rapids School Foundation, The Junior League of Grand Rapids and the former Women’s Committee of GRAM. She lives in East Grand Rapids.

Tamara Bailey is the president and co-owner of Buy Right Packaging Supply. Her current community involvement includes serving on the board and several committees of the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park Foundation, as well as the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation. She is also involved with various committees for the YMCA and Mercy Health Foundation. She resides on a farm in West Olive.

Tony Lawrence is a senior manager at BDO Seidman. He is a member of the firm’s internal audit committee, which implements best practices policies throughout the firm.

Joy Uddin previously served as hospitality chair, vice president and president of the GRAM Docent Council. She is an active GRAM docent who gives regular tours for visitors.
President, GRAM Foundation Board of Trustees
Douglas Williams serves as SVP and investment director at PNC Wealth Management, where he provides investment leadership in the creation and implementation of investment strategies. Prior to joining PNC, he spent time in leadership positions at Regions Bank, Old Kent Bank and its successor, Fifth Third Bank, where he was director of personal trust portfolio management for West Michigan.

Khary Bridgewater is the program officer for congregational initiatives at RDV Corporation. He is the pastor of congregational life and discipleship for Grace Christian Reformed Church and a lecturer and instructor at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
A recent graduate of Hope College, Sydney DeVos majored in communications and has experience working for several local and international organizations in their communications and administration departments. She has served on the Cape Eleuthera Foundation Board, Advisory Board and Alumni Board.
A partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Christopher Rosmarin has an extensive background in the financial sector. He has made a significant contribution of his time and talents to the Grand Rapids community, including his work with Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids Community Foundation, Grand Valley State Accounting Advisory Board and Grand Rapids Junior Achievement.
