A West Michigan-based physical therapy provider recently opened a new location offering services along the lakeshore.

Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy’s new Grand Haven clinic opened March 29 at 17272 Robbins Road, Suite 102, in Grand Haven.

The clinic offers a variety of treatment specialties, including dry needling, blood flow restriction, headache and TMD, concussion management, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Graston Technique, balance training and fall prevention, sports medicine, overhead athlete, chronic pain and vestibular rehabilitation.

Jill Wiersma, physical therapist and manager of the Grand Haven center, brings over six years of experience. She is a certified manual physical therapist and a certified dry needling clinician.

Wiersma said she has a passion for helping her community and a commitment to applying evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of her patients.

“I moved to Grand Haven six years ago from metro Detroit and am extremely excited to be able to serve the community I live in,” she said. “I look forward to saying hello to my (graduated) patients, walking the boardwalk, playing spikeball on the beach, seeing our kids play at the re-imagination station or hiking trails.”

Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy now has 22 locations in West Michigan.
