The Grand Rapids Hotel District, headed by AHC+Hospitality, is hosting the first West Michigan Food & Beverage Industry Awards.
The celebration will honor the achievements of the growing food and beverage industry in West Michigan and present Angus Campbell, retired GRCC culinary professor, with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
The event is scheduled for 6 p.m., Jan. 3, in the newly renovated International Ballroom at JW Marriott downtown.
It will be hosted by George Aquino, AHC+Hospitality’s vice president and managing director, and Amore Trattoria Italiana chef Jenna Arcidiacono.
Tickets are $100 and include a seat at the event, hors d’oeuvres and a three-course plated meal. A cash bar will be offered throughout the evening.
