Employer association hosting return-to-work webinars

The Employers’ Association will host a series of webinars this month to help companies bring their operations back online.

A not-for-profit HR association based in Grand Rapids, The Employers’ Association (TEA) said Friday that it will host a variety of webinars and virtual training solutions for members and the community to help ease employees back into the workforce following the conclusion of Michigan’s COVID-19 stay-at-home order.

“We are honored to be able to provide new and enhanced learning and development solutions along with our proven support solutions to the business community we serve during this challenging time,” said Jason Reep, president of TEA.

“TEA has worked side by side with local businesses through many difficult circumstances for over 80 years and will continue to adjust what we do and how we deliver results. The uncertainties due to the COVID-19 crisis are difficult for all of us, and TEA will continue to be the trusted resource that so many have relied on over the years.”

  • 8:30-9:15 a.m. May 12 — Leading Through Crisis: What Neuroscience Says Leaders Should Do
  • 11 a.m.-noon May 13 — Back to Work Safely
  • 8:30-9:15 a.m. May 14 — How to Be Your Best Self in Times of Crisis
  • 8:30-9:30 a.m. May 15 — An Aspiring New Workplace Series: Reboarding the Team

TEA also has converted current offerings into the following virtual training programs:

8:30-10:30 a.m. May 27 — Dealing with Difficult People: Learning to Respond vs. React
