A pair of office buildings off of a retail corridor in town have been sold.
Mark Morrow Properties sold 2504 Ardmore St. SE and 2505 Burton St. SE to Tony Pearson, a local investor, according to NAI Wisinski of West Michigan last week.
The sale prices were not disclosed.
The two two-story buildings are similar and stand just south of Breton Village, east of Breton Road SE.
Pearson expects to lease vacant office space in the buildings “as early as September,” after renovations.
“These are solid buildings, in a great location, with strong tenants,” Pearson said. "I’m looking forward to some minor cosmetic renovations to help them fit in among the new developments in the area.”
NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers Hillary Taatjes Woznick and Doug Taatjes represented Mark Morrow Properties in the sale.
“Real estate activity along the Breton Village mall corridor is very active, so these were very desirable properties,” Woznick said.
