Doreen Colondres will be at the Metro Health Hospital conference center in Wyoming, at 2225 Main St. SW, from 6:30-8 p.m., offering a free class focused on Latin-inspired dishes.
Colondres will be teaching a class on how to create “healthy, low carb, flavorful dishes.”

Her visit is part of Metro Health Hospital’s three-month campaign focused on diabetes awareness, prevention and management programs.
