A Grand Rapids-based law firm launched an Online Back to Work Resource Center to help companies as they reopen.

“The concept for the resource center is that businesses can pay for six months of access to legal deliverables that they need in order to reopen and operate safely in the world of COVID-19,” said Sarah Willey, management committee member at Miller Johnson. “We will regularly update the materials and add new things as the workplace and regulatory landscape continues to evolve.”

The resource center provides subscribers with forms, plans and policy templates that employers can immediately put in place. The online platform also offers practical tools to enable employees to return to work by incorporating best practices from organizations, including community partners such as Spectrum Health.

Subscribers also have access to industry-specific guidance that has been directed by the governor’s office and training videos that provides employers with ready-made solutions to executive orders.
