Marie Catrib’s is making a “seasonal change” to its business hours.
Marie Catrib’s in Grand Rapids, a staple of the East Hills neighborhood, will remove its weekday evening service for part of the year: between Nov. 1 and April 14, it will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, according to a Facebook post this week.
Its regular hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"We are really looking forward to this opportunity to spend some extra time perfecting our favorites, playing with new ingredients and nurturing our creativity,” says Fouad Catrib, general manager of Marie Catrib’s, in the post.
Marie Catrib’s is a “new American”-style restaurant and deli.
The business prides itself on making meals sourced from local products.
