Truscott Rossman, a communications and storytelling agency, promoted Allie Walker and Amy LeFebre to executive positions and created two new divisions.

Walker was promoted to vice president of the agency, and she will manage Truscott Rossman’s day-to-day operations. Throughout her nearly six years at the agency, Walker has had numerous titles, including the senior director of strategy and client services and senior account executive.

LeFebre now serves as the senior director, West Michigan. She is in charge of developing and servicing Truscott Rossman clients in and around Grand Rapids. Since 2014, LeFebre served in other roles such as director and senior account executive at Truscott Rossman.

Before she arrived at Truscott Rossman, Walker was a congressional aid and a communications specialist for Honda North America Inc.

Walker received her bachelor’s degree from Albion College and her Master of Arts from Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to Truscott Rossman, LeFebre spent her time at Do More Good | Hanon McKendry, Wondergem Consulting, Easter Seals Inc. and Amway.

LeFebre earned her Bachelor of Arts from Calvin University.

“Allie and Amy are extraordinary leaders who are growing Truscott Rossman by serving our clients and one of the most vibrant markets in the nation, West Michigan,” CEO John Truscott said. “One way to look at these promotions: Amy is running West Michigan and Allie is managing the TR team.”

The two new divisions Truscott Rossman created are the crisis management division and an enterprise-level digital storytelling division.

The divisions will aid the agency in its public affairs practice and also its corporate and executive communications practice, which has grown over the last two years to include many of Michigan’s largest corporations and international auto and tech companies.
