Nonprofit producing Signature Chefs Auction downtown

A nonprofit is hosting a fundraiser downtown next week where attendees can sample signature dishes from 20 local chefs.

The March of Dimes, which raises money to eliminate premature births, will produce its 22nd-annual local Signature Chefs Auction on Nov. 12 at 5 p.m. in the Steelcase Ballroom at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids, at 303 Monroe Ave. NW.

The event will feature a strolling dinner, live auction and a Fund the Mission paddle-raise.

Tickets are $250 each.
