A local PR firm’s ownership is growing.

Eileen McNeil was named a principal owner of Seyferth Public Relations agency.

“I am thrilled to continue my career at SeyferthPR in this new role. I look forward to this next exciting chapter as SeyferthPR continues to grow and deepen our services to our clients here and throughout the Midwest and beyond,” McNeil said.

Her new role will not change her responsibility as the firm’s vice president of government affairs, a position she has held since joining SeyferthPR in 2001. She also will continue to provide leadership and expertise with the firm’s clients in the government and private sectors.

During her 16 years at SeyferthPR, McNeil has played a pivotal role in the West Michigan Policy Forum, which gives a voice to the business community in state government affairs.

She also serves as the public information officer coordinator for the Region 2 South Healthcare Coalition, which is made up of more than 40 hospitals, agencies and public health departments across southeast Michigan.

McNeil graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and received her master’s degree in public policy from Regent University.

She joins an ownership team that includes Ginny Seyferth, Dan Spaulding, Karen Kirchenbauer, Tyler Lecceadone, Cynthia Domingo and Brad Back.
