Property management firm expands staff

A local property manager has added several new team members.

Grand Rapids property management firm PURE Real Estate Management announced the recent addition of several employees to the company: Ashleigh Deane, leasing specialist; Blake Roush, property manager; Jan Jordan, AP/AR specialist; Stephanie Sweet, administrative assistant; Roger Tanis, maintenance technician and Lexi Brooks, marketing and leasing specialist.

Deane was hired from Maple Grove Property Management and brings several years of experience in the housing and hospitality industries.

Brooks adds six years of marketing and sales experience to the team. In her current role, she is focusing on PURE’s growing townhome portfolio.

Sweet has more than five years of experience in property management.

Roush is the most recent addition to the PURE team and has more than a decade of experience in property management.

Jordan was hired last month as an AP/AR specialist and brings nearly two decades of accounting experience to the team.

Tanis was hired as a maintenance technician and has nearly a decade of experience in property maintenance and property management.

The new staff members bring to 15 the total number of PURE employees. The firms currently is managing 300 residential units and more than 100,000 square feet of commercial space.

The portfolio is highlighted by Fulton Square, Eastown Flats, Homes at River’s Edge, Knoll-Townhomes of Ada and Heritage Place. The most recent additions to the portfolio include two large townhome communities that total more than 160 additional two- and three-bedroom townhomes, Michigan Meadows in Grand Rapids and Hanover Townhomes in Caledonia.
