Peacehaven Advisory Group leased the last remaining vacancy at the Riverfront Plaza building in downtown Grand Rapids.

The local financial services firm occupied the 1,500-square-foot commercial office space, at 85 Campau St. NW, in early June. Owner and founder Ellen Bylsma has been in the financial services industry since 1999.

“The views on the riverfront level are beautiful and fit with the vision I had when I re-branded my company with a new name and logo,” Bylsma said. “This location will be a welcoming, comfortable environment for my clients to meet for years to come.”

Office advisers Jason Webb and Ty Tanis of Colliers International West Michigan represented the owner of the building and oversaw the lease.

“We are always excited when we can support the expansion of local companies through our representation of a landlord with the ideal space,” Webb said. “We’re pleased we could support this transaction and that Peacehaven Advisory Group has found its office in a location downtown, near the river and in a great building.”

The space was completely renovated to create a space for Bylsma’s clients to develop and review their financial plans. Clients are not meeting Bylsma in the office due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but she said she is looking forward to holding in-person meetings before the end of the year.

“Right now, we are protecting the safety and health of our clients by doing business over the phone,” Bylsma said. “We’re looking forward to inviting clients into our newly renovated space as soon as it’s safe to do so.”
