PURE Real Estate Management of Grand Rapids announced the recent addition of several employees to the company and a significant promotion within the company’s facilities department.

PURE hired the following employees: Garret Sennhenn, facilities technician; Nolan Whitney, facilities technician; Renee Heikkila, property manager; and Tori Sobkowiak, leasing assistant. Additionally, Roger Tanis was promoted to lead facilities technician after a year with the group.

With these new additions, PURE has grown to an 18-employee firm. The company currently is managing 500 residential units and more than 150,000 square feet of commercial space. The growing portfolio is highlighted by Michigan Meadows, Hanover Townhomes, Fulton Square, Eastown Flats, the Homes at River’s Edge, The Knoll- Townhomes of Ada, Preserve Townhomes and Heritage Place.

PURE credited this phase of growth to the addition of more than 185 brand new townhomes to its portfolio. The new townhomes came from the recent completion of Hanover Townhomes and the soon-to-be complete Michigan Meadows townhomes.

Additionally, the company is underway with lease-up at Preserve Townhomes in Spring Lake, which is currently under construction with expected completion this winter.
