A local Italian restaurant is producing a wine festival and charity fundraiser this week.
Noto’s Old World Italian Dining will host its Fall Charity Wine Fest this Friday at the restaurant in Grand Rapids, at 6600 28th St. SE.
The event runs from 6-10 p.m. for VIP guests — who will have access to premium wines from Noto’s cellar — and 7-10 p.m. for general admission attendees.
Event details
Noto’s hosts the event twice a year to benefit local nonprofits.
The event will feature more than 300 international wines for tasting and gourmet Italian food prepared by chefs from Noto’s, the American Culinary Federation and local culinary education programs.
There will also be live entertainment and a wine and culinary auction.
Tickets
General admission, $60, and VIP tickets, $100, are available for purchase online. General admission and VIP tickets will be sold for $65 and $110 on the day of the event.
Ten dollars from every GA ticket and $50 from every VIP ticket will go to toward the charities.
Charities
At registration, attendees are asked to select which of the charities they would like their proceeds to support, out of the following choices:
American Culinary Federation of Greater Grand Rapids
HQGR Runaway & Homeless Youth Drop-In Center
Lori’s Voice
Samuel Omogo Foundation
