Speaker series examines global issues

A nonprofit has announced the speakers for its two-month series on global issues.

The World Affairs Council of Western Michigan’s Great Decisions series starts Feb. 10 and is scheduled for every Monday and Tuesday thereafter in February and March.

The eight speakers each present twice: 6-7:15 p.m. on Mondays at the Aquinas College Performing Arts Center in Grand Rapids, 1703 Robinson Road SE., and noon-1 p.m. on Tuesdays in the Recital Hall of the Calvin University Covenant Fine Arts Center in Grand Rapids, 1795 Knollcrest Circle SE.

Tickets are $10 per discussion or $60 for a series pass.

Admission is free for WACWM corporate members and their employees; senator members; and faculty, staff and students of WACWM’s educational partners.
