A former sports bar and three softball fields in the region will be auctioned online next week.
Legends Sports Bar & Grille and the fields in Paw Paw, at 1027 E. Michigan Ave., will be sold next Tuesday at lastbidrealestate.com, beginning at 8 a.m. and closing at 2 p.m.
The auction will include the 2,500-square-foot restaurant and 6.9 acres of land, including the softball fields along Red Arrow Highway.
The sports bar features two primary sections: one with a 16-by-30-foot dining area and a 19-foot bar counter; the other with a DJ booth, 15-by-9-foot dance area and 14-foot bar counter.
The site also includes a fenced-in patio and yard, which includes horseshoe pits.
A Class C liquor license will be included in the sale, pending its successful transfer.
