A global supply chain company has relocated its office in the region that serves as its U.S. headquarters.

BluJay Solutions signed a long-term lease with several renewal options for 77,600 square feet at the Holland Technical Center, at 915 E 32nd St.

The location will serve as BluJay’s new U.S. headquarters.

“As we plan to further grow our workforce in Holland, we know this facility will be a huge part of our plans,” said Tim Dalton, senior manager of procurement services, BluJay Solutions. “We were drawn to this wonderful tech campus setting and are excited to bring our team here.”

BluJay moved into the building in December.

The company joins two automotive manufacturers — YangFeng Automotive Interiors and Adient — as tenants at the 750,000-square-foot campus.

The campus currently has 110,000 square feet of available space and features an on-site cafeteria.

Bob Horn, SVP and associate director at JLL’s Grand Rapids office, represented the Holland Technical Center and its owner Industrial Commercial Properties in the lease deal.
