A technology company is producing a training program on software coding for women.

Grand Circus is accepting applications for its free Develop(her) program.

Applications will be accepted online until July 20. The camp starts Sept. 12. 

Applicants must be 18 years old and identify as female.

Develop(her) is a program to bolster women in the technology industry.

The camp is run on a part-time schedule over 12 weeks.

The program will provide scholarships, mentorship and training to 12 women, through the support of TEKsystems, Women’s Resoure Center, The Source and the Michigan Council of Women in Technology.

Grand Circus has offices in Detroit and Grand Rapids and provides software coding bootcamps.
