Grand Rapids business and IT consulting firm OST appointed Robin Kleinjans-McKee to vice president of finance and operations.
In this new role, Kleinjans-McKee will work as the key representative for the finance and operations team by implementing strategic planning and forecasting to support its quick-paced growth projection.
“What initially drew me to OST was the culture and values of the company. When I visited the office for the first time, it was like I could actually feel the place living and breathing,” Kleinjans-McKee said. “It’s important for me to work in an energetic environment that people want to be a part of, and I found that at OST.”
With more than 13 years of experience as a vice president, Kleinjans-McKee’s expertise sets her up for success in helping OST achieve its strategic goals and accelerated internal growth, according to the firm. Before joining OST, she served as a public accountant at BDO Seidman, which led her to her first VP position at Wolverine Worldwide as the vice president of finance.
At Wolverine Worldwide, she worked with fellow leadership team members to develop financial results and forecast special project initiatives such as brand licensing, store closures and e-commerce growth initiatives. Most recently, she served as vice president of global commercial finance at Dematic, where she worked to improve transparency, the quality of communications and forecasting accuracy.
“Robin’s drive to help further OST’s market growth makes her a strong asset to our leadership team,” said Meredith Bronk, president of OST. “With such an extensive background in leadership roles, we look forward to having her help our finance and operations team evolve with the business, as change is constant and it’s important to have a strong financial backbone to keep a company grounded.”
