A Byron Center-based video technology provider is extending its presence overseas.
Pro-Vision’s sales force is bringing its services to the United Kingdom, marking its first physical presence outside of North America.
Overseeing the U.K. sales force is Daryl Moore, Pro-Vision business development manager and a Northern Ireland native.
“I’m delighted to be a part of the global growth Pro-Vision is experiencing,” Moore said. “While there may be noticeable differences between the U.S. and the U.K. markets, Pro-Vision is in the safety business, and safety is universal no matter where in the world you are.”
Michael Finn, president and CEO of Pro-Vision, said Moore’s expertise in the U.K. market is unmatched, and he is confident Moore will represent Pro-Vision well.
“We’re excited to extend our team across the Atlantic into Europe,” Finn said. “Pro-Vision already is a global brand, but with a presence in the U.K., we can expand on the growth we’ve experienced in that market and offer better customer support.”
In 2020, Pro-Vision also established a physical presence in Canada when it acquired Zone Defense, a St. Petersburg, Florida-based vision systems company with a Canadian location.
