Byron Center-based Pro-Vision Video Systems announced the release of its new 900 Series Hybrid HD DVR that combines 1080p HD recording and observation technology in one device for commercial vehicle operators.

The 900 Series Hybrid HD DVR simultaneously records video and provides camera views on an in-cab monitor — including the rear view while backing up and blind spots while turning — in 1080p HD resolution, providing drivers with the high-quality video they need to prevent accidents and show the details of what happened during an incident.

“We are proud to offer the best all-in-one solution for video recording, collision avoidance and observation to our commercial customers,” said Andrew Beach, director of sales at Pro-Vision. “We pride ourselves on offering the best video quality in the industry because that extra detail makes all the difference. Now our customers can view their surroundings at the same quality as our HD video, and it’s all streamlined into one simple device.”

Pro-Vision also released a new line of 1080p HD cameras designed for the 900 Series to help operators avoid collisions with crystal-clear views of their surroundings, providing a picture quality Pro-Vision claims is nearly seven times better than other systems.
