The Bank of Holland has announced the expansion of its business banking branch in Grand Haven from a business lending office to a full-service location.

The branch, located on 16930 Robbins Rd., also offers a courier service that can stop at business locations on a daily or as-needed basis to pick up deposits or other banking transactions for same-day processing, Monday through Friday.

In addition to business lending, the Grand Haven branch now offers business and personal accounts, HSAs, SBA/USDA/FSA loans, agribusiness advisers, commercial mortgages, remote deposit capture, cash management and treasury services.

The Grand Haven location opened in 2011.

“As the premier business bank along the Lakeshore, we have long understood the importance of providing reliable relationship banking strategies to small and mid-size businesses in West Michigan,” said Tom Werkman, vice president and market manager for the Grand Haven branch.

Werkman said area business owners have indicated they are looking for a bank that provides "straightforward and dependable" banking services as well as sound advice.

The Bank of Holland, which opened in 1998 in Holland, also has offices in Grand Rapids.
