The three-day Grand Rapids Film Festival is this weekend.
The festival will start tomorrow and continue through Sunday at various locations.
The festival will provide opportunities for visitors to watch films and network with filmmakers.
On Friday, the festival will be filled with a fashion show and musical films at The Waldron in Grand Rapids, 58 Ionia Ave. SW, from 7-10 p.m.
Tickets are $10 in advance online.
On Saturday, there will be a screening of 38 films. They will be shown in 10 blocks.
They will be shown on two screens at the Wealthy Theatre in Grand Rapids, at 1130 Wealthy St. SE. There will also be a Q&A session throughout the day.
Tickets are $5 per block in advance online.
On Sunday, people can network with the filmmaking community and hear filmmaker stories of the impact film has had on their lives at The Knickerbocker in Grand Rapids, at 417 Bridge St. NW.
