The construction firm Triangle Associates has named a new senior vice president and market segment leader with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
Triangle Associates in Grand Rapids said this week that Paul Lemley, most recently the principal consultant at The Lemley Group and executive vice president of Van Haren Electric, will fill the leadership role.
Lemley will be responsible for growing Triangle’s national accounts in the retail, industrial, medical and education markets.
“Paul brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to Triangle, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry,” said Mitch Watt, president, Triangle Associates. “His wide range of capabilities and expertise will be a strong asset to our organization."
Background
Previously, Lemley served as president and COO of Bouma Corporation and senior vice president and general manager at Alberici Constructors.
He has served on a number of boards: the Michigan Minority Business Development Council; Associated Builders and Contractors Western Michigan Chapter, chairman; and Michigan Electrical Administrative Board, via an appointment by Gov. Rick Snyder.
Lemley received a B.S. in technology management from Lawrence Technological University and is studying at Wayne State University to earn an M.B.A.
