In a ranking of more than 700 community colleges in the U.S., no West Michigan schools cracked the top 100.

WalletHub, a personal finance website, compared 728 member institutions in the American Association of Community Colleges across 14 key indicators of cost and quality. The data set ranges from the cost of in-state tuition and fees, to education outcomes and career outcomes.

The site used data from the National Center for Education Statistics, Council for Community and Economic Research and College Measures to create the ranking.
