Augusta Tower Technologies appointed Taylor Groll as its new president.
Groll joined Augusta as director of operations in 2017 and since led the company’s growth. As president, he will focus on streamlining operations, developing analytical dashboards and leading day-to-day business.

Taylor holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Grand Valley State University and his project management professional certification through the Project Management Institute. Before moving into telecommunication, he spent 14 years in medical device manufacturing as a program manager and director of engineering, program management and operations focusing on growth and lean manufacturing principles, before moving to the telecommunications industry.

With the support of family and dedicated employees, a one-truck company became a $10 million-plus corporation. Today, I can say with no hesitation that it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m honored and humbled to have served as the leader of so many talented and dedicated employees. It is my privilege to pass the reins to the most natural leader I’ve ever met.
