American Seating Looks Ahead

As American Seating National Sales Manager Rick Arnold explained, “NeoCon comes at this time of year regardless of where you are.”

So while the Grand Rapids company looks to have an exciting year ahead, it didn’t make as big a splash last week as many of its West Michigan peers. The company’s only Best of NeoCon entry was the Kabe panel system — a multiuse, highly-movable and green-designed system the company does not plan to commercialize in the coming year.

Other launches included the Eko, a mid-priced, mesh-back chair that strengthens the company’s hand in the “meat and potatoes market”; Majestic, a redesign of auditorium seating targeted toward both historic restorations and new construction with a classical design; and the diverse Parlay table collection.
