According to the firm’s president, Mark Groulx, the updates are designed to make the Choices office system more suitable for a wider range of office settings.
The office system consists of worksurfaces, storage and filing units, and tables.
Added this year to Choices — a panel and freestanding system that is Trendway’s more successful product line — were new work surfaces, storage units, adjustable keyboard trays, task lighting and an updated electrical system that’s easier to specify and install.
The updates offer Choices buyers more shapes and sizes of work surfaces to better accommodate ergonomics and worker collaboration.
Groulx also explained that the surfaces are designed to provide users improved productivity and comfort and more workspace within a smaller footprint.
“Our goal was to create a fresh look for Trendway Choices as well as raised functionality,” designer Mark Braum said.
“These new surface designs result in a highly refreshed Choice collection.”
The work surfaces are also usable with Trendway’s Contrada power arch system.
