The new branch, located at 3800 Alpine Ave. just north of Four Mile road, is inviting customers and members of the community to visit the office and enjoy light refreshments throughout the week. Prizes also will be given away daily, including a Panasonic 27” flat screen TV, which will be presented on Friday.
Over the last five years, Independent Bank has opened offices on the corner of Plainfield Avenue NE and Fuller Avenue NE, the East Beltline Avenue near Five Mile Road, at the corner of Cascade Road and 28th Street, and now on Alpine Avenue.
“This represents a continuation of our expansion philosophy,” said David Reglin, president and CEO of Independent Bank West Michigan. “Our plan was to provide banking offices in locations where our customers travel to and from work. It also allows us to introduce our community banking philosophy to those who are not as familiar with our high level of customer service.”
Independent Bank serves its business and personal customers by offering a complete line of products and services.
“Our variety of products and services and commitment to the communities we serve allows us to stand apart from the competition and successfully serve the individual needs of our customers,” said Sandy Wagner, assistant vice president and manager of the Independent Bank Alpine office.
The new office is a full service bank staffed with personal bankers, mortgage officers and commercial lenders. The lobby is open Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The drive-up is open Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
